How to withdraw

To withdraw cryptocurrency to the external wallet, do the following:

    1. Select the cryptocurrency to withdraw. Remember that the withdrawal currency must match that of your external cryptocurrency wallet.
    2. Add your crypto wallet's address. The address must be accurate, with no extra characters or spaces. Please exercise utter attention, as the company can't refund funds in case of a transaction with incorrect data.
    3. Indicate the withdrawal amount. Each cryptocurrency has a minimum withdrawal amount and fee.
    4. Confirm the transaction. Check the entered data and confirm the transaction using two-factor authentication. In the corresponding window, enter the confirmation code, which you will receive by SMS to the phone number linked to your profile.
    5. Wait for the transaction to be processed. The funds will be sent to the specified wallet address. Transfer time may vary and depends on the transaction processing speed in the blockchain.

Fees:

Each cryptocurrency has a withdrawal fee. You can find detailed information on the ‘Fees and limits’ page. When you create a withdrawal request, you'll see information about the amount of the fee and the amount you'll receive in your wallet.

Notes:
When withdrawing funds to Ripple (XRP) wallets, you must also specify the Destination Tag.

Keep your private keys safe, and don't share them with third parties to avoid losing money.

You can register a wallet on a platform that offers the option of creating cryptocurrency wallets. After registration, you'll receive a unique address to use for deposits and withdrawals.

Attention! The client is fully responsible for the withdrawal request's correctness and the data's accuracy. The transaction can't be refunded or cancelled if an error is made when creating a withdrawal request. Be sure to verify the accuracy of the data entered before confirming the transaction.
