Can I withdraw funds to my companion's / friend's account?
Please keep in mind that, as per our company policy, we are not allowed to process withdrawals to third party bank accounts. This means that you can only withdraw funds to a bank account with the same name that appears on your XCOEX account.
Companies are not allowed to process withdrawals to third party accounts as per Anti Money Laundering (AML) laws and regulations, in particular, the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) Resolution. FATF was created in 1989 during the G7 Summit in Paris, France, and is fully committed to prevent money laundering globally.
